Conditions

1. Customer must be a salaried person.
2. Salary must be paid through any of the listed banks in Bangladesh.
3. Salary must be 20k or above.
4. Minimum 10% or above need to be paid as down payment.
5. Customer has to apply through IPDC link.
6. During application customer needs to upload some required documents.
7. If IPDC and pickaboo approve the application only then customer will get the delivery.
8. During delivery customer has to make the down payment.
9. Customer has to sign some documents during delivery.
10. Customer needs to provide a cheque leaf of his account with the loan amount signature to the name of IPDC.
11. Once the EMI is settled IPDC will return the Cheque leaf.
12.  For now we are providing only 6 months and 12 months card less EMI through IPDC finance.
13. Only for selected products customer can avail this facility.
14. EMI can be paid through EFTN or Bkash.
15. For the verification pickaboo and IPDC need only 1 working day.
16. Loan amount should be minimum 10k after down payment.

1. I hereby apply for a finance facility from IPDC Finance Limited (“IPDC”) as stated in this application form.
2. I confirm that all the particulars, information and details provided in this Application Form and the documents submitted by me/ us are true, correct, complete, and up to date in all respects and that I have not withheld any material information
3. I authorize IPDC Finance Limited to enquire my CIB, whereby no charges including Govt. applicable VAT/Taxes will be charged.
4. I authorize IPDC Finance Limited and its representative to contact my employer(s), bank(s), auditor(s), or any other sources to obtain my information if may require.
5. I confirm that no insolvency proceedings or suits for recovery of outstanding dues, monies or property (ies) and/ or any criminal proceedings have been initiated and/ or are pending against me.
6. I declare that I have not received any request for or made any payment in cash, bearers’ cheque(s) or of any kind in connection with this application form from/to any person.
7. I hereby authorize IPDC to exchange or share information and details relating to my application to its internal stakeholders or any third party, as may be required or deemed fit, for the purpose of processing this loan application and/ or related offerings or other products/ services that I may apply for from time to time.
8. I hereby consent to and authorize IPDC to increase or decrease the credit limit assigned to me based on IPDC’s internal credit policy and criteria at its sole discretion from time to time. I will not raise any objection or dispute about the same at any point of time.
9. I understand that my IPDC account login credentials including login and transaction password issued by IPDC time to time, constitutes confidential information and I agree to keep the same secure and confidential to prevent any unauthorized use.
10. By submitting this application, I hereby expressly authorize IPDC to send me communications regarding loans, deposits, insurance and other products from IPDC, its partners and/ or third parties
11. I understand and acknowledge that IPDC has the absolute discretion, without assigning any reasons to reject my application and that IPDC is not answerable/ liable to me, in any manner whatsoever, for rejecting my application.
12. I am aware that IPDC will be paying the availed loan directly to the merchant, and I will have to pay back IPDC in EMI. The amount will be communicated by IPDC through e-mail.
13. Successful delivery of my order depends on the stock availability of my chosen products.
14. I shall not hold IPDC liable for any consequential loss or impact generated from the products I purchase under this scheme.
15. The warranty of the products purchased by me will be ensured by the merchants.
16. This application does not provide confirmation of my order; a separate confirmation email will be sent by IPDC after verification.
